Two precautions for oil mist lubrication of imported bearings

Another lubrication method for imported bearings - oil mist lubrication, which is a kind of micro-lubrication, simply means that a small amount of lubricating oil is used to meet the lubrication requirements of imported bearings. Oil mist lubrication is to turn the lubricating oil into an oil mist in the oil mist generator, and lubricate the bearing through the oil mist. When the linear speed of the rolling element of the bearing is high, oil mist lubrication is often used to avoid other lubricating methods from increasing the internal friction of the oil and increasing the working temperature of the rolling bearing due to excessive oil supply. Typical oil mist pressures are about 0.05-0.1 mbar.
