1. Install the laser tube: Since the laser tube is a fragile glass, we package it separately for safe transportation. Therefore, the laser tube must be installed before installing and debugging the machine. The laser tube is mounted on the back of the machine. The laser tube cover is opened and two laser tube holders and two open cover protection sensors are visible.

First open the two supports and carefully place the laser tube exit (negative end) on the V-mount in the direction of the first mirror.

Then fasten the laser tube by fastening the belt on the laser tube holder and tightening the screw.

After fixing the laser tube, connect the inlet pipe connected to the water protection end to the inlet of the negative end of the laser tube; the other outlet pipe is connected to the high pressure end outlet of the laser tube.

The water pipe joints should be docked firmly to prevent water leakage; the hoses should be straightened and not folded, so as to avoid water flow.

2, install the laser power: put the laser power into the box behind the workbench, first connect the positive line, loosen the white plastic screw cap of the positive line of the laser tube, the copper hole is facing the positive copper column of the laser power, and then slow Slowly tighten the white plastic nut. Next, connect the negative wire to the negative end of the laser power supply and fix the positive high voltage connector to the insulating bracket. Finally, the side door of the engraving machine is opened, and the control line is connected to the laser power control port through the small hole of the worktable and fixed, that is, the installation of the laser power source is completed.

3. Install the water pump: fill the water tank with pure water, connect the F2-13 water outlet and the F2-14 water inlet joint with the water pipe, put the water pump into the water tank, and pass the water pipe connected to the water pump through the water tank cover. The hole is connected to the water inlet of the engraving machine, and another water pipe is connected to the water outlet of the engraving machine and placed in the water tank to complete the connection of the water circulation pipe.

Connected to the pump power supply, you can see that the water is gradually filling the laser tube, and the water flow at the outlet pipe is smooth, indicating that the pump is working properly. In order to ensure the normal flow of the laser tube cooling water, a water protection sensor is installed in the water circulation system. If the water flow is not smooth or the pump works abnormally, the engraving machine automatically enters the protection state, and the laser tube will emit no laser. Therefore, during routine maintenance, attention should be paid to the cleaning of pumps and water pipes.

4. Install the air compressor: Connect the air outlet of the air compressor to the air inlet of the engraving machine with a gas pipe, and connect the power supply to ensure that the air outlet is normal.

The role of the air compressor in the system is very important. The high-pressure gas is ejected from the laser head light exit port through the air pipe. On the one hand, the focus lens can be cleaned, and the material is prevented from being ignited by the laser. Therefore, in daily maintenance, the user should pay attention to the fact that the air pipe cannot be discounted or damaged, otherwise the abnormal air blowing may cause the material to burn.

5. Adjust the optical path: connect all the power cables and power on, turn on the power of the engraving machine. At this time, the machine starts to reset and returns to the last positioning point, indicating that the machine is running normally, turn on the laser power, and start to adjust the optical path. First adjust the No. 1 mirror, move the beam to the nearest point of the No. 1 lens, and then move to the farthest point to make a point. Adjust the lens angle by adjusting the three screws on the back of the lens to make the light in the distance. The point coincides with the first spot.

After adjusting the No. 1 mirror, next, adjust the No. 2 mirror, and move the laser head to the end closest to the No. 2 lens to make a spot, then move to the farthest point to make a spot, which will be far away. The spot is adjusted to coincide with the first spot. Note: The position of the above spot must be in the center of the lens for the best, absolutely not at the edge. If you hit the edge, continue to adjust the lens until you hit the center. Finally, check if the light spots are coincident when the optical laser head is at different vertices. If they do not overlap, please re-adjust the light path by the above method until they coincide. After the four points are adjusted to coincide, let us see if this point is in the center of the laser head entrance hole. If not, please turn off the laser power supply and adjust the position of the laser tube. If it is left and right offset, which side is biased, which way to go, for example: to the left, adjust the laser tube to the left direction; Then adjust the laser tube to the right. If it is up and down offset, adjust the direction in the opposite direction, that is, upward, adjust the laser tube downwards; if it is down, adjust it upwards. (Figure F2-16) Note: The above adjustment is only for the negative end of the laser tube (light-emitting end). If the positive end of the laser tube is to be adjusted to achieve the same effect, the direction is reversed. For a detailed description of the optical path adjustment, please refer to Chapter 4, "Light Path Collimation Standards". After the optical path is adjusted, replace the laser tube cover as it is.

6. Install the fan: first connect the suction port of the fan with the suction port of the engraving machine with a duct, and fix it with the locking buckle, then connect the air outlet of the fan with another air duct and lead it to the outside. Connect the power cord of the fan.

7. The laser tube used in the safety grounding laser engraving machine is a class of four types of lasers. The driving method is high-voltage excitation. Therefore, the user must observe the “Safety Precautions” on the one hand, and the safety grounding of the user's power supply system on the other hand. The requirements of the user's power supply system must comply with local safety standards:

L: Phase line of the 220V mains system. This line must be equipped with a safety electrical switch (the switch must be installed on the phase line).

N: Commonly known as the zero line, pairing with the phase line completes the power supply to the electrical equipment.

E: Safety ground wire, the outer casing (grounding end) of all electrical equipment is connected to this line to ensure safety. The ground resistance should be less than 5Ω. The user must consult with a professional electrical installer and have a professional electrical installer check to see if the ground wire is securely connected! ! !
